Our objectives around health and well-being:

  • Raise issues about health and well-being through the magazine
  • Provide support and signpost in area of mental health and well-being for women;
  • Increase and strengthen well-being support in schools to work around gender roles and stereotypes, pressures of achievement, self harm, and engagement;
  • Expert support for women suffering from ante/post natal depression;
  • Extend service provision to women from BME communities (in particular those at risk of or suffering from FGM);
